Bob Franko, President and CEO of the VNA of Northwest Indiana Guest on The Bill and Kali Show

February 14, 2020 – We were honored to have Bob Franko, President and CEO of VNA of Northwest Indiana as our guest on The Bill and Kali Show. Bob shared a wealth of information about the services the VNA provides, including information about their hospice center, Meals on Wheels, LifeLine (Emergency Call Service) and the Phoenix Center, which provides support services for children and teens that are dealing with the passing or eventual passing of an immediate family member.

Bob also shared that the VNA has provided $1.2 Million in charity care services for Northwest Indiana in 2019, which is a substantial percentage of their $6 Million budget.

2020 marks the 50th Anniversary of the VNA. The staff and volunteers have much planned to celebrate “50 Years Forward”. Please view the show to learn more about the history of the VNA and many of the services they provide as well as overview of the status of hospice care in the United States.
