Warm air from the southwest will make it’s way up to the Chicago area just in time for the weekend. High humidity and temperatures could mean some uncomfortable conditions for the weekend. It’s kinda like when your old college buddy who really has not matured since you graduated stops by to relive some old college days. He shows up with a beer and a bottle of El’ Capitan’ just as you are taking the kids to their soccer practices. You are kinda happy to see him, but really don’t want him to stay for the weekend. Kinda like that except the warm air will not be bringing any booze.
We will keep you updated throughout the rest of the week with the tracking of your old college buddy or ummmm the heat wave.
