Dry weather and sunshine returns on Tuesday, but temperatures will remain well below normal for this time of year. Winter will not release a hold on us yet as additional precipitation will return on Wednesday in the form of rain, but then switch over to snow Wednesday night. Dry weather returns Thursday with more below normal temperatures.

No warm up as expected until the weekend. 50s and more seasonable temps start Saturday.
