Light rain will develop from the west tonight, and will linger across the area Thursday. Somewhat cooler than average weather is expected to end the week Friday. There is another chance of rain Saturday, which will start late Friday night over far northern Illinois. Dry weather returns for Sunday, but it will be very cool for the first day of April with highs in the mid to upper 30s.
To recap, Today – Sucks, Friday – Nice, Saturday Sucks, Sunday sunny but cold. Plan accordingly. For those returning spring break vacationers, you should have clear sailing on Saturday or Sunday unless you are coming from southern Florida which will be seeing rain on Saturday.
We are just thankful that we will not be exposed to any more shirtless pictures of Uncle Walter on the beaches of Pensacola. I am sure the locals will celebrate his return as well. We love you Uncle Walter, but nothing says ‘Merica’ quite like your portable cooler decorated with Merle Haggard and Willy Nelson tour stickers with a built in AM/FM stereo with CD Player full of Budweiser tall boys.
