Weather Update for Tuesday, March 20, 2018
Northeasterly flow will transport a colder air mass over the area for Tuesday, resulting in cooler high temperatures area-wide. High temperatures Tuesday are expected to be in the low to mid 40s well inland, but likely only in the mid to upper 30s closer to the lake under partly cloudy skies. Conditions will feel even cooler than these values as winds continue to gust up to 25 to 30 mph during the day.
Going into Wednesday and Thursday highs will reach lower to high 40s with night time temperatures down to the mid 20s to 30s. Thursday will be a beautifully sunny day although cool. Friday will be a bit of a meteorological irony as we reach a high of 50 to 55 only to be slapped in the face with a snow/rain mix in the evening.
