Snow snow snow snow
Snow snow snow snow
Snow snow snow snow!
Lovely Snow! Wonderful Snow!
Snow snow snow snow!
Lovely Snow! Wonderful Snow!
Snooooooooooow
Snooooooooooow
Snooooooooooow
Snooooooooooow
Lovely Snooooooooow!
Today and tomorrow morning we will have a reprise from that Lovely Snow! Wonderful Snow! However, Thursday night and into the weekend, mother nature will snow us down like nobody’s bizznezz with her snow nozzle . Unless the conditions change, be prepared for a Winter Storm Watch to be in place Thursday night through Friday night. For those who are a little light on the cognitive abilities, yes that includes during the day Friday as well. If you still don’t get it, look at the pretty picture above. Now go play with your crayons and draw some pretty pictures of the snow until tomorrow.

With the extended forecast calling for a cycle of snow during weekend and into next week, we are pressing two advisory buttons now! The CLC (Checkout Line Congestion) and the HHHH (Hostess Ho Ho Hoarders) advisory. Remember there is a cause and effect here. The HHHHs move into the grocery stores causing CLCs. Remember the safety rules, no eye contact and keep all sweets and potato chips in a hard to reach place in your shopping basket. If they strike up a conversation while in line, just agree with everything by smiling and nodding your head occasionally . At all cost avoid politics! Be safe!

The lack of snow over northern IL thus far this winter has been noteworthy, but that could be about to change. A parade of storm systems over the Pacific will ride the jet stream into the northern and eastern U.S. this weekend into next week. These systems will be fast on each other’s heels, with only about a 24 to 36 hour break in between systems. It is too soon to say how many of these systems will directly impact northern IL and northwest IN, but there does appear to be multiple opportunities for snow this weekend through next week.
