Christmas2517

The coldest air thus far this season will arrive just in time for Christmas. Daytime temperatures will hold steady in the teens with steady northwest winds producing wind chills near or below zero. The fresh snow cover will set the stage for a very cold night Christmas night with lows dropping below zero in many areas away from Chicago and only barely above zero elsewhere. Yep a bunch of coldness coming on up in here. With winds gusting up to 20 mph and temperatures headed to 0 or below, we are looking at wind chills down to -20 below. You know the exercise. Wrap up, as little exposed skin as possible. If you’re going to leave it exposed, make sure you can do without it. To those celebrating Christmas, may you all have a very Merry Christmas and to all a very Happy New Year.
